Job Summary

Logicmax is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage end-to-end accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling all accounts-related activities without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliation

• Handle accounts payable and receivable independently

• Prepare and finalize monthly and annual accounts

• Manage GST compliance including return filing and reconciliations

• Handle TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

• Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations

• Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants

• Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to accounting standards

• Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com preferred

• 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
