Job Description – Accountant
Position: Accountant
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years
Preferred Skills: Tally / BUSY Accounting Software
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Work on Tally or BUSY accounting software.
- Handle GST and TDS related accounting and compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Create and record purchase bills, sales bills, and other invoices.
- Verify purchase invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of payments, receipts, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Tally or BUSY is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, purchase entries, and bill/invoice creation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Location: Noida
