Job Title: Experienced Accountant (Tally & GST

​We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end accounting processes, with a mastery of Tally and a deep understanding of GST compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing tax filings, and ensuring our books are balanced and audit-ready.

​Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage all accounting transactions using Tally, ensuring every entry is accurate and properly categorized.

​Inventory & Invoicing: Handle sales and purchase orders, generate professional invoices, and maintain records of all purchase receipts.

​Taxation & GST: Ensure full GST compliance, including calculating tax liabilities, filing returns, and managing GST tags/categories for all transactions.

​Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports on a regular basis.

​Banking & Reconciliation: Perform periodic bank reconciliations and track accounts payable/receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.

​Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial entries.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar accounting role.

​Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP 9) and Microsoft Excel.

​Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of accounting principles, GST laws, and statutory compliance.

​Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

​Professionalism: Sincere, disciplined, and capable of handling sensitive financial data with integrity.
