Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and support overall financial activities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining daily accounting records and entries
• Managing invoices, payments, and expense records
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing financial reports and MIS reports
• Assisting with payroll processing and salary records
• Coordinating with banks and handling reconciliations
• Maintaining GST, TDS, and other financial documentation
• Supporting audit and compliance activities
• Managing petty cash and office expense records
• Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and documentation
