Job వివరణ

We are looking for an Clerk(Accountant) to join our team at ICSI. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing: Record and manage daily financial transactions, including vouchers, receipts, and invoices.
Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and internal accounts to ensure data accuracy.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Monitor incoming payments, manage vendor inquiries, and ensure timely bill payments.
Reporting: Assist senior staff in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and expense reports for month-end closing.
Auditing Support: Gather financial data and records to support internal or external audits.

Job Requirements:

Education: Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience often required for specialized roles.
Technical Skills: Competency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks), spreadsheets, and database management.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication for vendor/customer interactions.
