Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Admin to manage day-to-day accounting tasks along with general office administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and ledgers
Handle billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audits
Handle office documentation and filing
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Support day-to-day administrative and clerical work
Assist management with routine office tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an accountant or office administrator
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred:
Experience in a similar dual role
Attention to detail and accuracy
