About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing accounts, GST, and Tally.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Reconcile bank accounts, debtors, and creditors.
Prepare and file GST returns and maintain GST records.
Generate e-way bills and e-invoices (where applicable).
Coordinate with CA for TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Follow up on customer receivables and vendor payments.
Process employee reimbursements and payroll inputs.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Requirements
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST compliance.
Knowledge of TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
