What you'll own
Day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books across two entities, kept separate and clean
Bank, Shopify, Razorpay, and POS reconciliation — every transaction tied out, no gaps
Monthly MIS: cash position, expenses by entity, inventory value, and P&L — accurate and on time,
every month
GST returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with GSTR-2B, and annual return
TDS: calculation, deduction, payment, and quarterly returns
Accounts payable / receivable, vendor and customer ledgers
Payroll inputs, expense claims, and petty cash
Coordinating with the external auditor and providing clean records for review
Year-end closing and support for statutory filings
Must have
B.Com / M.Com (Inter-CA a plus, not required)
3+ years hands-on accounting, ideally in retail or a product / inventory business
Strong GST and TDS filing experience — done it yourself, not just supervised
Working knowledge of Zoho Books or Tally (Zoho preferred; will train)
Accurate, organized, and meets deadlines without being chased
Comfortable reconciling ecommerce / payment-gateway data (Shopify, Razorpay, or similar)
Nice to have
Inventory accounting experience
Multi-entity bookkeeping
Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel for MIS reporting
Time & location
Part-time, fixed days and hours per week (to be agreed), on-site at our Aundh store/office
Hard deadline discipline: monthly MIS and statutory filings are non-negotiable on date
