We are looking for an Accountant to join a REAL ESTATE COMPANY. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Need experience in Real Estate company
maintain books of account, ledger and bank reconciliation in tally
handle accounts payable and receivable
prepare and file GST,TDS,ESIC and PF returns on time
Track project wise cost, receipt and payments
MIS report and Audit documentation
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
