Job Purpose:
To manage accounting transactions related to e-commerce sales, payments, settlements, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain e-commerce sales and purchase entries.
Process UPI, bank, payment gateway, and online transaction entries.
Reconcile e-commerce orders, payment settlements, and bank statements.
Verify sales, returns, refunds, discounts, and commissions.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Coordinate with e-commerce platforms and internal departments for payment discrepancies.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other applicable tax-related accounting.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
Maintain proper records and documentation of all transactions.
Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
Qualification: B. Com or equivalent.
Skills: Tally/Accounting Software, MS Excel, Bank Reconciliation, GST, TDS, and e-commerce accounting.
