Hiring: Accounting cum Purchase Executive
We are looking for an experienced Accounting cum Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations along with procurement of lab ingredients and vendor coordination.
Location: Noida
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting entries, sales & purchase updates in Busy Software and Tally
• Perform daily bank updates and bank reconciliation
• Handle procurement of lab ingredients (RFQ, vendor selection, PO creation, follow-ups)
• Generate invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills
• Manage GST compliance (GSTR-2B & GSTR-3B) and reconciliation
• Handle monthly TDS reconciliation and TDS return filing
• Follow up with debtors for payments and manage receivables
• Verify vendor invoices and process payments
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely stock availability
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills:
2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Procurement
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, and TDS
Hands-on experience with Tally and Busy Accounting Software
Experience in Purchase/Procurement (lab ingredients preferred)
Good communication & negotiation skills
Attention to detail and multitasking ability
