Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, billing, and compliance work. The candidate should have good knowledge of GST, TDS, and transportation accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expense, Journal)

Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Prepare invoices and manage client billing

Maintain ledger accounts and bank reconciliation

Monitor payments, receivables, and payables

Prepare monthly financial reports

Handle vendor payments and salary processing

Maintain proper documentation and records

Coordinate with CA for audits and compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field

Minimum 2–3 years experience as Accountant (Logistics experience preferred)

Knowledge of Tally / Busy / Accounting Software

Good knowledge of GST & TDS filing

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience
