About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
The candidate must be organized, analytical, and capable of handling financial records efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage daily accounting transactions
Handle bookkeeping, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain GST, TDS, and other taxation records
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Monitor expenses and support budget management
Required Skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Good analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organizational abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
