We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant who will be solely responsible for managing the financial operations related to sales. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and issue invoices for all sales transactions.

• Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure accurate financial records.

• Track, record, and reconcile payments received from clients.

• Maintain updated records of accounts receivable and payable.

• Prepare regular reports on sales, payments, and outstanding balances.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline financial processes.

• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience in accounting or financial operations (preferably in sales-related functions).

• Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
