Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting entries, maintain records, support GST/TDS compliance, and assist the senior accounts team in monthly and annual closing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting entries in Tally/Zoho/Busy or other accounting software.

• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.

• Handle bank entries and basic bank reconciliation.

• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

• Assist in GST data preparation and return filing support.

• Assist in TDS working and payment support.

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Follow up for pending bills, payments, and documents.

• Support monthly MIS, ledger scrutiny, and basic reports.

• Coordinate with clients/vendors/internal team for accounting documents.

• Assist in year-end accounting, audit documentation, and compliance work.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho/Busy/MS Excel.

• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

• Good data entry accuracy.

• Ability to maintain records properly.

• Basic communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and work under guidance.
