Job Title: Accountant
Location: Dadar East, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time, third-party payroll

Note: This is a third-party payroll position. The selected candidate will be on the Talisman HR Solutions payroll.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Tally/ERP, GST, and TDS, and can coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

• Assist with GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.

• Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense statements.

• Maintain accurate accounting entries using Tally/ERP.

• Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payments and documentation.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).

• Experience in accounting and finance operations.
  

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
