Job Title: Collection Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive with 1–5 years of experience to handle customer payment follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for pending payments.
Ensure timely collection and recovery of outstanding dues.
Maintain accurate records of payments and customer communication.
Handle customer queries related to payments professionally.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding overdue payments.
Required Skills:
1–5 years of experience in collection and recovery.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong follow-up and payment recovery skills.
