Sunny Sales Corporation is seeking a responsible and multitasking Accountant Cum Admin to handle financial records along with administrative and office coordination work.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)
Handle invoicing, billing, and voucher entries
Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling
Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Track receivables and payables
Assist in salary processing and payroll
Maintain proper records for audits
Administration:
Handle day-to-day office operations
Maintain office files, documents, and records
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and staff
Manage office inventory and material stock
Assist in purchase coordination and follow-ups
Support management in routine administrative tasks
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Tally / ERP & MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST & taxation
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Organised and detail-oriented
Qualification:
B.Com or relevant degree
Experience in accounting + admin work preferred
