Accounts Payable Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, GST and TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, and quotation preparation. The candidate should ensure accurate financial records and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Process vendor invoices and maintain accounts payable records.
Prepare and process vendor payments through banking channels.
Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Carry out bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
Prepare and review GST workings, GST returns data, and related documentation.
Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable provisions and maintain TDS records.
Pass accounting entries for purchases, expenses, payments, and journal vouchers.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Assist in monthly closing, audit requirements, and MIS reporting.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
