We are looking for Account and Purchase Executive at Digital Telemedia Technology Pvt Ltd will be responsible for managing company accounts, overseeing procurement activities, ensuring timely vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Source and evaluate suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
Ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Resolve disputes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Track vendor performance and delivery timelines.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis for management review.
