We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts using Tally (ERP)
Record and manage purchase entries, sales entries, and journal entries
Create ASM (After Sales / After Dispatch Statements) after dispatch of materials
Update and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) details
Handle vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation
Assist in GST data preparation (returns support, not filing responsibility)
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Support month-end closing and basic compliance work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years experience as an Accountant
Strong working knowledge of Tally
Basic understanding of manufacturing accounting processes
Knowledge of GST basics
Proficiency in Excel
Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Education:
B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
