Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP

2. Handle accounts payable & receivable

3. Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely filing

4. Manage bank reconciliation statements

5. Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records

6. Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts

7. Coordinate with CA / auditors for audits and compliance

8. Track vendor payments and customer receivables

9. Support management with MIS reports and cost analysis

10. Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies

11. Basic Foreign Import - Export knowledge 

12. Basic Stores and Inventory handling knowledge

1. Good knowledge of accounting principles

2. Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and GST portals

3. Basic understanding of income tax and compliance

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

5. Good communication and coordination skills
