Our work involves strategic finance, compliance, fund-raise support, MIS, governance, and investor-level reporting.Role Overview:The candidate will work closely with the CFO / Virtual CFO team and assist in managing multiple client portfolios simultaneously. The role requires strong accounting, financial analysis, and coordination skills with a high level of ownership and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:1. CFO Office & Client SupportAssist the CFO in handling multiple client accounts simultaneouslyAct as a single point of coordination between CFO, clients, internal team, and external stakeholdersTrack deliverables, timelines, and client commitments2. Financial Reporting & MISPreparation and review of monthly MIS, dashboards, and variance analysisAssist in cash flow statements, budgets, forecasts, and working capital analysisSupport in consolidation of financials for group entities / multi-unit businesses3. Accounting & Compliance OversightReview accounting entries and ensure books are maintained as per applicable standardsCoordinate and support GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliancesLiaise with auditors during statutory, tax, internal, and due diligence audits4. Investor & Premium Client SupportAssist in preparation of investor decks, financial models, and data roomsSupport CFO in fund-raise discussions, due diligence, and term-sheet analysisHandle premium clients with high expectations and strict timelines5.
