Accountant

At Puresoft Solutions. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–5 years of practical experience in handling complete accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliances, payroll processing, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounts and statutory compliance activities.The position offers ₹18,500 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
##### Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

• Assist in finalization of accounts and audit support.

GST & Tax Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

• Reconcile GST data with books and portal records.

• Maintain proper GST documentation and compliance records.

• Coordinate with CA/auditors for taxation matters.

• Basic knowledge of TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Maintain employee salary records, attendance, deductions, and reimbursements.

• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and payroll-related compliances.

• Coordinate salary structure updates and payroll reporting.

Banking & Compliance

• Handle banking transactions and reconciliations.

• Maintain statutory compliance records.

• Support management with financial MIS reports and expense tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Complete Accounting Process

  • GST Compliance

  • Payroll Processing

  • TDS & Basic Taxation

• Proficiency in:

  • Tally ERP / Tally Prime

  • MS Excel

  • Accounting Software

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
