• Handling e-tender filing and bid submission

• Coordinating with freight forwarders, CHA, suppliers, and logistics agencies

• Email communication with domestic and international clients

• Preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and shipment-related documents

• Maintaining and organizing tender and export files

• Performing daily data entry and reporting to management

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (English)

  • Knowledge of tender filing and export documentation

  • MS Excel, Word, and PDF handling

  • Email drafting and coordination

  • Basic understanding of logistics and shipping procedures
