Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records using Tally Prime•.
Handle GST-related activities•, including GST data preparation, reconciliation, and filing coordination.
• Manage purchase and sales invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable and track outstanding payments.
Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports• as required.
Maintain and analyze financial data using MS Excel•.
• Assist with monthly closing, audit requirements, and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime•.
Good practical knowledge of GST and accounting procedures•.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel•.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidate Preference:
Candidates with practical experience in Tally, GST, Excel, invoicing, reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations will be preferred.
