Job Description – Accountant (Tally)

Position: Accountant

Location: Manesar

Experience: 5+ Years

Gender Preference: Female

Age Criteria: 35 Years & Above

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Female Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally software. The candidate should have solid accounting experience, good financial management skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions in Tally.

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense reports.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash flow records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company financial policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate only.

• Age 35 years and above.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
