Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance of work. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of basic bookkeeping, practical experience in Tally software, and familiarity with GST, ESI and PF related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records of the organization.

2. Enter purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries in Tally software accurately.

3. Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash book and ledger accounts.

4. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

5. Handle GST portal work including return filing, invoice matching and maintenance of input credit records.

6. Manage ESI and PF proceedings including registration, calculation, return filing and compliance procedures.

7. Maintain statutory records and ensure timely submission of all applicable returns.

Key Skills Required

1. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

2. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

3. Working knowledge of GST portal filings and compliance procedures.

4. Understanding of ESI and PF proceedings.

5. Ability to maintain accurate accounts and perform reconciliations.

6. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office documentation.

7. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: 12th Pass and Above • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounts and compliance work preferred.

• Basic knowledge in GST,ESI and PF.

• Desired Attributes : Honest, punctual and responsible.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary : Rs. 12000 – 15000
