Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to support, demonstrate, train, and

coordinate ERP solutions for our clients. This role focuses on functional support, customer

interaction, demonstrations, documentation, testing coordination, and ongoing system

improvement.

The consultant will act as a key functional bridge between customers, internal teams, and

developers, ensuring smooth usage and support of ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities (Aligned with PDF)

Provide functional support for ERP modules including Manufacturing, Accounts,

Inventory, HR, Payroll, CRM, SCM, and WMS

Diagnose and resolve customer issues using defined support processes and

procedures

Conduct ERP product demonstrations (online and onsite as required)

Understand customer business requirements and suggest appropriate ERP usage

Coordinate with development and support teams for issue resolution and

enhancements

Prepare and maintain functional documentation and system design notes

Support testing phases and validate ERP functionality with business users

Deliver ERP functional training to customers and internal teams

Maintain service requests through ticketing system and real-time CRM/chat

Share structured feedback with the development team for system improvement

Perform daily activity reporting as per plans and schedules

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.
