Accountant

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Diamond Sales Executive with experience in the diamond and jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling diamond sales, developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong product knowledge, communication skills, and market understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales of loose diamonds and diamond jewellery

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery

• Maintain proper follow-up with clients regarding inquiries and payments

• Prepare sales reports and market feedback

• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings when required

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong knowledge of diamonds and jewellery products

• Ability to build client relationships

• Sales and target-oriented approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
