About Us

At JustStart, we specialize in company incorporation, tax registration, and comprehensive compliance services. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance for our operations and clients.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive professional with a strong foundation in Indian taxation and corporate compliance. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm and be comfortable handling multiple financial responsibilities efficiently.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Handle end-to-end accounting and prepare finalized Balance Sheets and financial statements.

• Indirect Taxation: Calculate liabilities and ensure timely, accurate filing of all GST Returns.

• Direct Taxation: Manage the calculation and filing of TDS Returns, as well as Income Tax Returns for companies.

• Invoicing & Banking: Prepare accurate tax invoices and manage daily banking operations, including processing online payments via NEFT/RTGS.

• Statutory Compliance: Assist with ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance and filing work as and when required.
  

Must-Have Requirements:

• Mandatory Experience: Prior working experience in a CA firm is strictly required.

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel.

• Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax laws, and basic ROC compliance.

• Attributes: High level of accuracy, ability to meet strict statutory deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
