Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage daily financial transactions. You will handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax compliances. The ideal candidate ensures financial accuracy and helps maintain the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Ledger Maintenance: Record everyday financial transactions, journal entries, and cash flows.

• Accounts Receivable & Payable: Track client invoices, chase outstanding payments, and process vendor payments.

• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements monthly to ensure accurate data.

• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other regular tax returns.

• Payroll Processing: Assist in calculating monthly salaries, PF, and ESIC deductions.

• Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or BBA in Finance.

• Software Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Tax Knowledge: Good understanding of Indian taxation laws, including GST and TDS.

• Core Skills: High mathematical accuracy, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

• Communication: Good written and spoken English communication skills. [1]
