Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate for the position of Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant. The role is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals who have basic to good knowledge of accounting and office tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Diploma / Commerce background preferred

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Knowledge of Tally (ERP)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

• Handle billing, vouchers, and ledger entries

• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel

• Assist in accounts documentation and record keeping

• Support senior accounts staff with daily tasks

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Office

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and grow
