Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, transactions, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate cash and bank records.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.

• Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records.

• Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding financial matters.

• Ensure timely recording and verification of transactions.

• Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliance work.

• Identify discrepancies in accounts and resolve them promptly.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.

• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
