Job Title: Accounts & Operations Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with operational coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience and strong follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Handling purchase & sales entries

• Maintaining debit/credit notes

• Bank reconciliation

• Managing customer & supplier ledgers

• Monitoring receivables & payables

• Preparing weekly/monthly MIS reports

• Assisting in GST documentation & coordination with CA

Operations:

• Preparing quotations

• Processing purchase & sales orders

• Vendor coordination & follow-ups

• Customer order tracking & dispatch coordination

• Maintaining order & inventory records

Required Skills:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification

• Experience in Tally / ERP software

• Strong MS Excel knowledge

• Basic understanding of GST & compliance

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in trading/manufacturing companies

• Exposure to B2B operations

• Immediate joiners preferred
