Job Title: Accountant

Experience Required: 1.5 – 2 Years

Location: Noida sector 60

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts using Tally

Handle GST compliances including:

GSTR-1

GSTR-3B

GSTR-2A & GSTR-2B reconciliation

Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely TDS payments

Knowledge of basic TDS provisions and compliance

Maintain records related to PF, TA, and other statutory deductions

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts

Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries

Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

1.5–2 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong working knowledge of Tally

Practical understanding of GST filing & reconciliation

Knowledge of TDS, PF, and statutory compliances

Advanced Excel skills, including:

Pivot Tables

VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP

Good understanding of accounting principles

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling audits

Basic knowledge of income tax
