emphasize financial accuracy, compliance, and transparent accounting practices.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software

• Handle accounts payable and receivable (vendors, franchise & logistics partners)

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) related to courier & freight billing

• Manage Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

• Track COD collections, remittances, and settlement discrepancies

• Process vendor bills, courier charges, franchise commissions, and expenses

• Maintain cash book, ledger, and journal entries

• Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts

• Coordinate with CA and auditors for audits and statutory compliance

• Support payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC – if applicable)

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
