We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team at Dhiyo Advisory Services LLP.

Role : Senior Accountant

Role Summary: Lead accounting operations, review junior work, and own month-end close and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Month-End Close: Own GL, journal entries, accruals, and closing schedules
Team Lead: Review work of accountants and ensure deadlines are met

Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed variance analysis, forecasts, and management reports

Compliance: Handle GST audits, tax filings, statutory audits, and regulatory filings

Process & Controls: Implement internal controls, SOPs, and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with CFO, auditors, and department heads

Qualifications: Education: B.Com
Experience: 4-5 years in accounting.

Skills: Tally, QuickBooks, Advanced Excel, Attention to detail, GST + Income Tax knowledge, Leadership.
