Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, managing office expenses, and preparing financial reports. Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage petty cash and handle all office expense transactions.

● Record daily expenses and maintain weekly and monthly expense reports.

● Prepare invoices and conduct timely follow-ups for payments.

● Handle bank-related transactions, including cheque preparation and deposits.

● Prepare and present financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role.

● M.Com qualification preferred.

● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in using formulas and spreadsheets.

● Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

● Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
