Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Accountant / Accounts Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, GST, TDS, MIS, Cost of Production (COP), inventory accounting and manufacturing costing.

Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory or plant environment is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & purchase entries in Tally

• GST, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B and TDS compliance

• MIS, profitability reports and cost sheets

• Cost of Production (COP) and manufacturing costing

• Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods accounting

• Stock Journal, inventory reconciliation

• Bank and ledger reconciliation

• Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Debtor ageing and vendor payments

• E-invoicing and sales reconciliation

• Payroll, PF, ESIC and PT compliance

• Monthly/yearly account finalization

• P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow preparation

• Support statutory and internal audits

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9

• Experience in GST, TDS, COP, inventory and manufacturing accounting

• B.Com / M.Com preferred

• CA Inter / CA Final candidates preferred

• Immediate joiners or candidates with 15–30 days' notice preferred
