Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–6 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.

• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, invoices, and financial documentation.

• Manage GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and Input Tax Credit (ITC).

• Handle TDS deductions, return filing, and statutory compliance.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Support account finalization and coordinate with auditors.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, and Accounting.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in the Construction, EPC, Engineering, or Infrastructure industry will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with financial reporting, vendor reconciliations, and payroll processing is preferred.
