Job Title

Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, including cash and bank transactions.

• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

• Maintain ledgers, journals, cash books, and bank books.

• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.

• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and customers when required.

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of all financial transactions.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

• Provide financial and accounting reports to management as required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
