Job Title: Account Executive
Experience: 5 Years to 10 Year
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Location: GHAZIPUR (Ghaziabad)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with 2.5+ years of experience in accounting and finance. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, and be able to manage day-to-day accounting activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in monthly and yearly account closing.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
