Job Description – Accountant
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
* Handle bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, and payments.
* Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets and basic financial reports.
* Maintain and manage data in MS Excel.
* Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
* Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
* Maintain proper records of all financial transactions.
* Coordinate with management for accounting and financial requirements.
Requirements:
* Basic to good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
* Knowledge of Balance Sheet and financial statements.
* Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive will be preferred.
