Location: 2nd Floor D-10 Sector 80 Noida

Job Summary

Arroy Foods Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and possess strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions using Tally.

• Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

• Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.

• Monitor and manage cash flow planning and budgeting activities.

• Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections.

• Manage vendor accounts, reconciliations, and payment processing.

• Create and track Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain related records.

• Generate periodic MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

• Prepare and monitor ageing reports for receivables and payables.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

• Experience in cash flow management and budgeting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

Education: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: 2–3 years in accounting and finance.

Experience in the FMCG or food industry will be an added advantage.
