Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer outstanding follow-ups.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Manage GST-related activities, including data preparation, GST returns, and compliance documentation.
Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return preparation.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare reports related to expenses, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, purchase orders, and other financial records.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
Assist in payroll-related accounting and other finance activities as required.
Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST compliance.
Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
