Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounts, cash book, and bank transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and delivery challans.
Record supplier and customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Maintain stock and inventory records in coordination with the godown team.
Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
Prepare GST returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Process payroll and maintain employee records, if required.
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management as needed.
