Job Title: Accounts Executive Experience Required: 1–3 Years Location: Noida Sec-63 Vacancy: 1 Salary: 15-18k/month Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in preparing reports and statements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes. Key Responsibilities:  Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, payments, receipts, and vouchers.  Prepare and maintain books of accounts up to finalization.  Handle GST, TDS calculations, returns filing, and compliance documentation.  Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.  Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.  Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.  Maintain records of petty cash and ensure accurate entries.  Support in audits (internal & statutory) by providing necessary data and documentation.  Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors or consultants.  Ensure timely follow-up on accounts receivable and payable.
Required Skills:  Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.).  Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP or similar).  Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.  Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.  Strong communication and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.  1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations
