We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle invoices, and support overall finance operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
Handle billing, invoicing, and voucher entries
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation statements
Monitor expenses and maintain expense reports
Assist in payroll processing and salary records
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and clients regarding payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data
Prepare MIS reports and support audit activities
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting & Taxation
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related qualification
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
