An Accountant Executive is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting transactions, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. The role includes maintaining books of accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payments
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations
Maintain ledger entries and journal entries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in GST, TDS, and tax filings (as applicable)
Monitor cash flow and expenses
Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of financial regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com)
1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferred)
Knowledge of MS Excel and financial tools
